Muy de mañana los líderes de los sacerdotes y los ancianos y los maestros de la ley dialogaron y tomaron una decisión. Ataron las manos de Jesús con una cuerda tras su espalda y lo llevaron ante el gobernador.
Él, Pilato, le preguntó a Jesús: “¿Eres tú el rey de los judíos?” Jesús (respondió): “Tú mismo lo has dicho.”
Los líderes de los sacerdotes hicieron acusaciones contra Jesús y lo criticaron y Pilato otra vez preguntó: “Jesús, ellos (hablan) en contra de ti, ¿no vas a decir nada?”
Jesús guardó silencio, estaba callado, Pilato lo vio preguntandose….
Early in the morning the leaders of the priests and the elders and teachers of the law had a discussion and came to a decision. They tied Jesus’ hands behind his back with a rope and took him before the governor.
He, Pilate, asked Jesus: “Are you the king of the Jews?” Jesus (answered): “You have said it yourself.”
The leaders of the priests made accusations against Jesus and criticized him and Pilate asked again: “Jesus, they (talk) against you, are you not going to say anything?”
Jesus kept silent, he was quiet and Pilate looked at him and wondered…

Jesús y los discípulos fueron otra vez a Jerusalén y cuando Jesús estaba caminando frente al templo algunos líderes de los sacerdotes y maestros de la ley y ancianos vinieron hacia él.
Dijeron: “Jesús, ¿quién te dio permiso, te mandó a quitar las mesas y tirarlas y a predicar y enseñar diferentes cosas? ¿Quién te entregó la autoridad? Dinos.”
Jesú (dijo): “Alto, primero yo tengo una pregunta, uds diganme (la respuesta) y después yo les diré. Oigan, ¿quién mandó a Juan el Bautista a que bautizara con agua? ¿Dios o personas? Diganme.”
¡Caray! Fueron a dialogar juntos. “¿Cómo (vamos a responder)? Si nosotros decimos que Dios mandó a Juan el Bautista a que bautizara con agua a la gente sabemos que seguramente Jesús nos insultará (preguntandonos) porqué no hemos creído a Juan el Bautista.
Si decimos que un hombre le mandó…..” Dijeron: “No sabemos.” Jesús (dijo): “Si uds no me dicen, yo tampoco les diré nada.”
Porque tenían miedo porque todas las personas creían que Juan el Bautista era un verdadero profeta.
Jesus and the disciples went again to Jerusalem and when Jesus was walking in front of the temple some leaders of the priests and teachers of the Law and elders came up to him.
They said: “Jesus, who gave you permission, who ordered you to throw over the tables and to preach and teach all kinds of things? Who gave you the authority? Tell us.”
Jesus (said): “Stop, first I have a questions, you tell me (the answer) and then I will tell you. Listen, who ordered John the Baptist to baptize with water? God or people? Tell me.”
Oh no! They went to discuss it together. “How (are we going to answer)? If we say that God ordered John the Baptist to baptize people with water we know that Jesus will surely insult us by asking us why we haven’t believed John the Baptist.
“If we say that a man ordered him….” They said: “we don’t know.” Jesus (said): If you don’t tell me then I won’t tell you anything either.”
Because they were afraid because all the people believed that John the Baptist was a true prophet.

Unos días después en el mismo pueblo de Capernaúm Jesús otra vez fue a una casa.
La gente lo vio y dijo: “Jesús está en la casa allá, vengan”, y la todos fueron a la casa y entraron y estaba llena de gente, y afuera de la puerta todas las personas estaban intentando a ver a Jesús que estaba predicando.
Afuera había un hombre que no podía caminar, su cuerpo era paralizado y estaba acostado. 4 Personas fueron a ayudarlo y llevaron su camilla, pero vieron que estaba lleno de gente y no podían entrar, ¿cómo?
Vieron: “la azotea, bien, vengan”, y los 4 subieron cargando la camilla, y arriba pusieron la camilla en el piso y empezaron a quitar la techumbre.
Jesús estaba predicando y miró hacia arriba y vio que estaban quitando la techumbre.
Los hombres estaban quitando la techumbre, y cuando estaba todo bien, levantaron la camilla y la bajaron con cuerda, y la camilla con el hombre estaba bajando.
Jesús miró hacia arriba y pensó: huy, ellos tienen fe, y cuando la camilla había bajado dijo: “tus pecados son perdonados.”
Los maestros de la ley que estaban sentados lo vieron y pensaron: absurdo, Jesús habla mal, él es irrespetuoso contra Dios, ¿cómo puede ser?
Sólo Dios puede perdonar a las personas, y puede borrar pecados, ¿qué piensa él?
Pero Jesús lo sintió adentro y lo sabía y volvió a verlos diciendo: “Maestros de la ley, ¿porqué piensan e imaginanse que yo hizo algo mal?
Alto, yo les pregunto ¿cúal sería más fácil, decirle: ‘tus pecados ya son perdonados’ o decirle: ‘levantate, arregla tu camilla, guardala y vete’? ¿Cuál piensan uds?
Oigan, aqui en el mundo hay uno, el hijo del hombre, que tiene autoridad y que puede perdonar los pecados a la gente.
Uds me ven y son testigos (y dijo al hombre): levantate, arregla tu camilla y guardalo y vete a tu casa.”
El hombre acostado notó que todo su cuerpo se había sanado y se paró, arregló su camilla, lo guardó y se fue caminando.
Todas las personas lo vieron (y dijeron): “Esto jamás habíamos visto, hoy lo vemos por primera vez, huy, ¡qué maravilloso es Dios!”
Some days later in the same village of Capernaum Jesus went to a house again.
The people saw him and said: “There is Jesus, over there in the house, come” and the multitude went to the house and entered it and it was full of people, and outside the door all those people were trying to see as Jesus preached.
Outside there was a man who could not walk, his body was paralyzed and he was lying down. Four persons came to help him, they carried his stretcher over, but then they saw that it was full of people and they could not go in, how?
They saw: “Oh good, the roof, come” and the four of them went up carrying the stretcher and upstairs they put down the stretcher and started to take away the roofing.
Jesus was preaching and he looked up and saw them take away the roofing.
The men were taking out the roofing and when all was ready they took the stretcher and lowered it with a rope and the stretcher with the man went down.
Jesus looked up and thought: wow, they have faith, and when the stretcher had been lowered he said: “Your sins have been forgiven.”
The teachers of the law that were sitting there saw this and they thought: this is ridiculous, Jesus speaks badly, without respect, against God, how can he do that?
Only God can forgive people their sins, what is he thinking?
But Jesus felt this and knew it, and he turned to them and said: “Teachers of the law, why do you think and imagine that I did something bad?
“Now stop, let me ask you which you think is easier, to tell him: ‘your sins have already been forgiven’ or to tell him: get up, arrange your stretcher, put it under your am and go’? Which one do you think?
“Listen, here in the world there is one person, the son of man, who has authority and can forgive people their sins.
“You see me and are witnesses (and he said to the man): get up, arrange your stretcher, put it under your arm and go home.”
The man who was lying down felt that his whole body had healed and he got up, arranged his stretcher, took it under his arm and walked out.
All the people saw it (and said): “Who have never seen this before, today is the first time we have seen it, wow, God is wonderful!”

El barco llegó en el lugar Dalmanuta. Jesús salió del barco y vino un grupo de Fariseos. Dijeron: “Una prueba, haz un milagro, manda que el cielo se transforme. Nosotros lo queremos ver en persona.”
Jesús dijo: “Todos uds siempre insisten que quieren ver que yo muestre algo, como prueba. ¿Porqué? No los voy a obedecer.” Y se fue caminando, entró el barco, y el barco se piró.
El barco estaba navigando y los discípulos habían olvidado a traer pan. Otro discípulo dijo: “Hay un pan”, y el barco estaba navigando.
Después Jesús miró alrededor y dijo: “Les advierto, ¡cuidado¡ Por ejemplo, una persona que está haciendo pan, pone un poco de levadura cuando está amasando y la masa sube. Esto es parecido a los Fariseos y al Rey Herodes.
Los discípulos se preguntaron: “¿Qué quiere decir, es porque no traímos pan?”
Jesús dijo: “¿Porqué están hablando de que no hay pan? No entienden, todavía no lo han descubierto. Son duros de mente.”
Tienen ojos pero son distraídos (no ponen atención), tienen oídos pero son distraídos.
¿No recuerdan que me veían recientemente con los cinco panes que rompí y repartí a los 5000 hombres para comer? Después ¿cuántas canastas llenas de sobras había?
Los discípulos: “Doce.”
Yo en otra ocasión recientemente con los siete panes que rompí y repartí a 4000 personas para comer. ¿Después cuántas canastas llenas de sobras había?
Los discípulos: “Siete.”
Jesús dijo: “¿Cómo es que todavía no entienden?”
The boat arrived in the place Dalmanuta. Jesus got out of the boat and a group of Pharisees came. They said: “A test, do a miracle, order the heavens to transform. We want to see it in person.”
Jesus said: “All you people always insist that you want to see me show something, as a test. Why? I will not obey you.” And he walked away and got into the boat and it left.
The boat was sailing and the disciples had forgotten to bring bread. Another disciples said: “There is one loaf of bread”, and the boat sailed on.
Then Jesus looked around and said: “I warn you, be careful! For example, a person who is making bread puts a little yeast in the dough when she is kneading and the dough rises. This is like the Pharisees and King Herod.
The disciples wondered: “What does it mean, is it because we did not bring bread?”
Jesus said: “Why are you talking about there not being any bread? You don’t understand, you still haven’t got it. You are hardheaded.
“You have eyes but you are distracted (you don’t pay attention), you have ears but you are distracted.
“You don’t remember when you saw me just before breaking the five loaves of bread and handing them out to 5000 men to eat? Then how many baskets full of leftovers were there?”
The disciples: “Twelve.”

Jesús dijo: “Cuando ven un árbol brotando hojas verdes las personas que lo ven saben que el próximo día será caloroso, esto es parecido a las cinco puntos que les conté ahorita.
Cuando en el futuro las personas vean estas cinco cosas sabrán por cierto que el Hijo de Hombre está por venir.
Les advierto: Estas personas todavía no habrán muerto pero aún estarán vivos cuando lo vean con sus propios ojos. En el futuro el cielo y la tierra desaparecerán, pero mis palabras jamás desaparecen.
Les advierto: Todas las personas no saben cuando será el día o a qué hora venga, en la misma manera los ángeles y el Hijo de Hombre, todos no saben.
El único que sabe es el Padre Dios. Uds presten atención y vigilen para cuando venga, porque no lo saben.
Por ejemplo: Un hombre es dueño de una casa, y llama a todos sus siervos a que vengan y dice: “Yo me voy de viaje, uds trabajen, tú eres encargado de vigilar la puerta” y el hombre se va.
Ellos deben vigilar para cuando venga el dueño, no saben a qué hora si será en la mañana, tarde, noche o madrugada. Si ellos duermen de repente vendrá el dueño y los verá durmiendo ¿cómo sería eso?
Yo les advierto: En la misma manera todas las personas deben prestar atención y vigilar.”
Jesus said: “When you see a tree that sprouts forth green leaves, the people who see it know that the next day will be hot, it is similar with the five things I told you just now.
“When in the future the people will see these five things they will know for sure that the Son of Man is about to come down.
“I warn you: These people will not have died yet, but will still be alive when they see it with their own eyes. In the future the heaven and the earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear.
“I warn you: All the people do not know the day or the hour that he comes, in the same way the angels and the Son of Man all do not know.
“The only one who knows is God the Father. You must pay attention and keep watch for when he comes, because you don’t know.

Jesús siguió a contar otras historias y muchos diferentes ejemplos.
Jesus said: “Another example, in de ground of a field a man sowed seeds and when he was ready the man went away. Does the man know how to make the plants? No, he does not know.
“The seeds on their own make the plant grow, the man sleeps and wakes up the next day, and sleeps and the next day… and so on. The plant grows and afterwards the man comes and sees that it is ready and harvests.
“This is like you people who believe that you will be together with God in his kingdom.
“Listen, another example, let me see, look here, there are many different kinds of seeds but the smallest is the mustard. But when it falls in the soil a strong plant grows, stronger than other plants, and in it birds can sit on their nests.
“This is like you people who believe in God who are already together with him in his kingdom.”
Jesus went on to tell other stories and many different examples.

Jesús llamó a los niños a que vinieran y muchos vinieron y los impuso la manos y los bendijo.
Parents brought their children, carrying the babies and other people taking the children by the hand for Jesus to lay his hands on them and bless them.
The disciples saw this (and said): “It is not allowed, get away.” Jesus saw it and said: “It is not forbidden, leave the children, let them all come to me.
“I warn you: Adults that are like children in their character/attitude can join the Kingdom of God.
“Little children are accepted to join the Kingdom of God.
“If you, the adults, do not want to copy the same mindset as the children and reject it, you cannot join the Kingdom of God.”
Jesus beckoned the children to come and many came, and he lay his hands on them and blessed them.

Mucho antes un hombre, Barrabás, junto con otras personas, se levantó contra el gobierno romano con violencia y también mató a varias personas.

Todas las personas gritaron: “¡Crucificalo!” Pilato (preguntó): “¿Porqué, qué tipo de maldad (ha cometido) Jesús?” Todas las personas gritaron más fuerte: “¡Crucificalo, crucificalo!”
Pilate (dijo): “Bien” y mandó que Barrabás fue liberado y mandó a los soldados: “vayan y azoten a Jesús y después crucifiquenlo.”
Long before a man, Barrabas, together with other people revolted against the roman government violently and he also killed several people.
The roman soldiers arrested the people and put them in prison, and Barrabas was put in prison as well.
Then, afterwards, a multitude of people went before Pilate and said: “You know it’s the day of the Passover feast, and it is always, every year, the custom that you set someone free, please (do this).”
Pilate knew inside that the priests were jealous and that’s why they had arrested Jesus, and he asked: “He, Jesus, the king of the Jews, do you want me to let him go free?”
The leaders of the priests said: “Better tell him to set the man Barrabas free.” The people obeyed and shouted: “Set Barrabas free!”
Pilate said: “I have heard you talking about Jesus here as the king of the Jews, and now I should punish him? Which one is it? Tell me.”
All the people shouted: “Crucify him!” Pilate (asked): “Why, what kind of wrong (has) Jesus (done)?” All the people shouted louder: “Crucify him, crucify him!”
Pilate went “OK” and ordered that Barrabas was freed and he ordered the soldiers: “Go and whip Jesus and crucify him afterwards.”
