6:21a Then the angel of the LORD extended the tip of the staff that was in his hand and touched the meat and the unleavened bread.

Then the angel of Yahweh reached out with the stick in his hand and touched the meat and the unleavened bread.

Then the angel of Yahweh touched the meat and the loaves with the tip of the stick that he had in his hand.

6:21b And fire flared from the rock and consumed the meat and the unleavened bread.

A flame jumped from the rock and consumed the meat and the bread.

A fire came out of the rock and burned up the meat and the bread.

6:21c Then the angel of the LORD vanished from his sight.

Then the angel of Yahweh disappeared.

7:13c “and I saw a loaf of barley bread come tumbling into the Midianite camp.

A loaf of barley bread rolled into the Midian camp.

⌊I saw⌋ a loaf of bread made of barley flour. It was round and it rolled into our camp.

7:13d It struck the tent so hard that the tent overturned and collapsed.”

It reached a tent and hit it, and knocked it over. The tent turned upside down and fell to the ground.”
