With them, they brought seven bulls, seven rams, seven male lambs and seven male goats.

They brought seven (7) males of each of these animals ⌊to offer as a sacrifices to Yahweh⌋. They brought oxen, sheep, young sheep and goats.

29:21b as a sin offering for the kingdom, for the sanctuary, and for Judah.

They brought these animals to be sin offerings. This was because of the sin that people had done in the royal household, in Yahweh’s holy place, and in the land of Judah.

They brought them as sacrifices for sin, to cleanse the king’s family, God’s house, and the kingdom of Judah.

29:21c And the king commanded the priests, the descendants of Aaron, to offer them on the altar of the LORD.

The king told the priests, whose ancestor was Aaron, to sacrifice the animals on Yahweh’s altar.

Then King Hezekiah instructed Aaron’s grandchildren, the ones who were sacrificers, to kill the animals on the sacrifice platform of Yahweh.
