33:3a For he rebuilt the high places that his father Hezekiah had torn down,

He restored the sacred places on the hills that his father Hezekiah had destroyed.

He ⌊had his people⌋ build back the shrines on the hilltops that his father King Hezekiah had torn down.

33:3b and he raised up altars for the Baals and made Asherah poles.

He built altars to the Baal gods and poles to honor the goddess Asherah.
-or-
He put up platforms to sacrifice to the ⌊gods called the⌋ Baals. He also set up poles to ⌊the goddess⌋ Asherah.

33:3c And he worshiped and served all the host of heaven.

He bowed down to all the stars and worshiped them.

34:10a They put it into the hands of the supervisors of those doing the work of the house of the LORD,

They gave money to the people who oversaw the work in the temple of Yahweh.

There were some men who were in charge of repairing the temple of Yahweh. Hilkiah gave money to these men.

34:10b who in turn gave it to the workmen restoring and repairing the house of the LORD.

These overseers paid those who were repairing and restoring the temple.

36:14a Furthermore, all the leaders of the priests and the people

They did the bad things that people of other nations were doing, things that ⌊Yahweh⌋ hated.

36:14d and they defiled the house of the LORD,

These practices⌋ made the temple of Yahweh ceremonially unclean.

Because they did this,⌋ the house of Yahweh became a place that was not fit for worship.

36:14e which He had consecrated in Jerusalem.

That temple in Jerusalem, Yahweh had made it be holy.

Under the rim of the basin were likenesses of bulls/oxen, 10 likenesses every half meter. They went all the way around the basin.

Decorations in the shape of bulls/oxen were molded into the basin just below the rim. There were ten bulls/oxen every foot and a half all the way around it.

4:3b cast in two rows as a part of the Sea.

The bull/oxen figurines/carvings were in two rows. They were part of the same form/mold from which the Sea was cast/molded.
