18:22a After they were some distance from Micah’s house,

They walked for a while, and were no longer near Micah’s house. Then

When they were a long distance away,

18:22b the men in the houses near Micah’s house mobilized

Micah’s neighbors had a meeting ⌊and decided to chase them⌋ .

Micah called the men nearby to gather.

18:22c and overtook the Danites.

So they went after the Dan people and reached them.
