SIL Translator’s Notes on 1 Corinthians 10:4

10:4a and drank the same spiritual drink;

And they all drank ⌊from⌋ the same spiritual/miraculous drink.

And all of them drank the same water, water that God gave them.

10:4b for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them,

This water came from the spiritual/miraculous rock that went/was with them.
-or-
Wherever they went, they drank water out of a rock that God provided for them.

10:4c and that rock was Christ.

And that rock was Christ himself.

And Christ himself was their rock.

13:2c and if I have absolute faith so as to move mountains,

And I may have faith great enough that I can cause mountains to move.
