The Greek in Revelation 11:6 that is translated as “like the sun shining with full force” or similar in English is translated in the German New Testament translation by Berger / Nord (publ. 1999) as wie die Sonne, wenn sie am Zenit steht or “like the sun when it reached its zenith.”
