15:5a Then he lit the torches

He lit the torches on fire.

Then he started the torches burning

15:5b and released the foxes into the standing grain of the Philistines,

Then he sent the jackals into the grain fields of the Philistines.

and made the jackals run into the ⌊unharvested⌋ grain fields of the Philistines.

15:5c burning up the piles of grain and the standing grain,

The fire burned the harvested bundles/piles of grain and the grain that had not yet been harvested.
-or-
The ⌊unharvested⌋ grain was burned up. The bundles/piles of harvested grain were also burned.

15:5d as well as the vineyards and olive groves.

The vineyards and olive orchards burned too.

The fire also destroyed the grape vines and olive trees/orchards.
