6:8a I hereby decree what you must do for these elders of the Jews who are rebuilding this house of God:

¶ “In addition, it is my decision/judgment that you (plur.) will do the following for these Jews elders who are building the temple.

¶ “Even more ⌊than not hindering the work⌋, you must ⌊help⌋ them as they build this house of God.

6:8b The cost is to be paid in full to these men from the royal treasury out of the taxes of the provinces west of the Euphrates,

All their expenses must be paid in full from the money of the king that comes from taxes collected in Beyond the River Euphrates ⌊Province⌋.

Pay (plur.) for all their costs ⌊to build/rebuild⌋ from the empire’s/government’s funds of Western ⌊Province ⌋,

6:8c so that the work will not be hindered.

Do (plur.) this so that the work will go on without stopping.
-or-
so that the building will continue without delay.

6:8b–c (reordered)

I do not want this work to stop, so pay (plur.) for all the material/things they need for building. Use the income/revenue of the province that comes from taxes for this.
