5:15a Then Naaman and all his attendants went back to the man of God,
Then Naaman and his whole company/group went back to ⌊Elisha⌋ the man of God.

Naaman and his men returned to Elisha’s ⌊house⌋ .
5:15b stood before him, and declared,
Naaman went personally to see Elisha and said to him,

There Naaman talked with Elisha face-to-face. He said,
5:15c “Now I know for sure that there is no God in all the earth except in Israel.
“Now I am certain that there is no God in all the earth except in Israel.
-or-
“Now I realize that the God of Israel is the only ⌊true⌋ God in the whole world!
5:15d So please accept a gift from your servant.”
So please accept (sing.) a gift from ⌊me⌋ your servant.”
-or-
So, sir, I hope you (sing.) will receive some/these gifts from me!”
