24:2a And the LORD sent Chaldean, Aramean, Moabite, and Ammonite raiders against Jehoiakim

-or-
Yahweh caused armed gangs from Babylon, Aram/Syria, Moab, and Ammon to come and fight Jehoiakim.
24:2b in order to destroy Judah,
The Hebrew clause that the Berean Standard Bible translates as “to destroy Judah” is literally “and he sent them against Judah to destroy it.”
He sent them against/into Judah to destroy it.
-or-
They entered the land of Judah and ruined it.
24:2c according to the word that the LORD had spoken
This was according to the message from Yahweh
-or-
This happened as Yahweh had said,
24:2d through His servants the prophets.
The Hebrew is literally “which he had spoken by the hand of his servants the prophets.”

-or-
just as the prophets who served him had announced.
