12:19a As for the rest of the acts of Joash, along with all his accomplishments,

Everything else that took place when Joash ruled in Israel, and all that he did/achieved,

Many other events took place while Joash was king, and he did/accomplished much.

12:19b are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?

is written down in the book/scroll of the records of the kings who ruled Judah.

People recorded all these events in the book called “History of the Kings of Judah.”
