10:34a As for the rest of the acts of Jehu,

The other things that happened while Jehu ruled,

-or-

Everything concerning the reign of Jehu,

10:34b along with all his accomplishments and all his might,

his activities/actions and successes,

-or-

the things that he did and all he achieved,

10:34c are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?

are all written down in the book/scroll of the history of the kings who ruled Israel.

-or-

people recorded all of it. They wrote/recorded these things in the book called “History of the Kings of Israel.”
