Section 33:1-20

King Manasseh was king of Judah

33:1a Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king,

Manasseh became the king ⌊of Judah⌋ when he was twelve years old
-or-
Manasseh was twelve (12) years old when he became king ⌊of Judah⌋.

33:1b and he reigned in Jerusalem fifty-five years.

and he ruled from Jerusalem for fifty-five years.
-or-
He lived in Jerusalem and he ruled for fifty-five (55) years.
