30:18a A large number of the people—many from Ephraim, Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun—had not purified themselves,

Most of the people from Ephraim, Manasseh, Issachar and Zebulun had not purified themselves,
-or-
Most people from the clans of Ephraim, Manasseh, Issachar and Zebulun had not become clean.

30:18b yet they ate the Passover, contrary to what was written.

but they still ate the Passover meal. This was forbidden by the law.
-or-
In spite of this, they participated in the Flat Bread celebration, which was against God’s law.

30:18c But Hezekiah interceded for them, saying,

So Hezekiah prayed to God for them saying,

However, King Hezekiah prayed for them and asked God ⌊to forgive them⌋. He said,

30:18d “May the LORD, who is good, provide atonement for everyone

“May Yahweh, the one who is good, pardon everyone
-or-
“Yahweh, you (sing) are good. Please forgive all people
