22:20a And the LORD said, ‘Who will entice Ahab to march up and fall at Ramoth-gilead?’

Yahweh said, ‘Who will deceive Ahab so that he will go to Ramoth Gilead and fall/die ⌊in battle⌋ there?’
-or-
Then Yahweh asked, ‘Which of you can trick/persuade/lure Ahab into going to Ramoth in Gilead? That is where he will die.’
-or-
Yahweh asked them who would encourage Ahab to attack Ramoth Gilead ⌊city⌋ so that he would be killed there.

22:20b And one suggested this, and another that.

One said ⌊to do⌋ one thing/way and another said another thing/way.
-or-
In reply, one of the ministers/attendants suggested something, and another suggested something else.
-or-
So his/Yahweh’s servants made various suggestions.
