22:19a Micaiah continued, “Therefore hear the word of the LORD:

Then Micaiah said, “So listen (sing) to the message of/from Yahweh.

But Micaiah ⌊interrupted⌋. He said, “Pay attention to what Yahweh says!

But Micaiah told Ahab to listen to what Yahweh said.

22:19b I saw the LORD sitting on His throne,

I saw Yahweh seated on his throne.

In my vision, Yahweh was on his great/royal seat.
-or-
Micaiah had seen a vision of Yahweh on his throne.

22:19c and all the host of heaven standing by Him on His right and on His left.

All the inhabitants of heaven were standing by/beside him at his right hand side and at his left.

On both sides stood all the heavenly beings who ⌊attend/serve him⌋.

Great numbers of heavenly creatures were standing to the right and the left of the throne.
