7:29a and on the panels between the uprights were lions, oxen, and cherubim.

The Hebrew word that the New International Version translates as “hammered” is a technical term and the exact meaning is uncertain.

There were circle/spiral shaped patterns in the metal, both above and below the lions and bulls.
