19:6a And he looked around, and there by his head

Elijah looked, and there close to his head

19:6b was a cake of bread baked over hot coals, and a jar of water.

he saw a loaf/cake of bread baked over coals. He also saw a flask/container of water.

19:6c So he ate and drank and lay down again.

So he ate and drank, and then he lay down once more.
