19:7a A second time the angel of the LORD returned

And the angel from Yahweh came ⌊to him⌋ for the second time.

⌊Some time later⌋ Yahweh’s angel returned

19:7b and touched him, saying,

Touching Elijah, the angel said,
-or-
and touched Elijah for the second time. The angel again told him

19:7b “Get up and eat, or the journey will be too much for you.”

“Get/Wake (sing) up. Eat. The way/journey will be too long/difficult for you ⌊without this food⌋.”
-or-
to get up and eat. He said, “⌊If you (sing) do not eat⌋, you will not have enough strength for the journey.”
