4:5a Offer leavened bread as a thank offering,

Burn (plur.) bread as a thanksgiving offering ⌊on the altar/place of sacrifice.⌋

4:5b and loudly proclaim your freewill offerings.

Proudly tell (plur.) others about it, you (plur.) people of Israel.

4:5c For that is what you children of Israel love to do,”
