3:16a Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple,

Surely you know that you yourselves are like a temple for/of God
-or-
I want you to remember that you yourselves are like a holy place/building where God is present.

3:16b and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?

and that God’s Spirit is living among you (plur.).

The Holy Spirit of/from God dwells in your midst.
