20:16a Among all these soldiers there were 700 select left-handers,

In the army of Benjamin there were seven hundred left-handed fighters.
-or-
Among them there were seven hundred (700) left-handed soldiers. They were chosen because

20:16b each of whom could sling a stone at a hair without missing.

Each of them could throw a stone with a sling and hit a hair.
-or-
they could use a sling to throw a stone. They could throw a stone at a hair and they would not miss it.

20:48a And the men of Israel turned back against the other Benjamites

The Israel soldiers returned to ⌊the area belonging to⌋ Benjamin.
-or-
Israel’s soldiers turned back and went into Benjamin’s ⌊lands⌋ .

20:48b and put to the sword all the cities,

They killed all the people in the towns there
-or-
There they killed everyone who lived in the towns.

20:48c including the animals and everything else they found.

and all the animals and everything else they found.
-or-
They killed their animals and anything else that was left alive.

20:48d And they burned down all the cities in their path.

They set fire to all the towns that they found.
-or-
Then they burned down all the towns.
