19:24a Look, let me bring out my virgin daughter and the man’s concubine,

Instead, you (plur.) can have my virgin daughter and this man’s slave wife.
-or-
Here, ⌊if you want, you can⌋ take my young daughter and the man’s wife.

19:24b and you can use them and do with them as you wish.

I will bring them out to you and you can do whatever you want to them.
-or-
Permit me to bring them out to you. ⌊Feel free to⌋ treat them in whatever way you want.

19:24c But do not do such a vile thing to this man.”

But do not act in such a shameful manner towards this man ⌊who is my guest⌋ .”
-or-
But do not do such an evil thing to this man.”

20:26a Then the Israelites, all the people, went up to Bethel,

Then all of the Israel army returned ⌊once again⌋ to Bethel town.

Then all the soldiers of Israel went back to the town of Bethel.

20:26b where they sat weeping before the LORD.

They sat there crying before Yahweh.
-or-
They sat down ⌊on the ground⌋ and wept in Yahweh’s presence.

20:26c That day they fasted until evening

They stayed there and fasted all day until evening.
-or-
They stayed in place and did not eat until the sun had set.

20:26d and presented burnt offerings and peace offerings to the LORD.

⌊When evening came⌋ they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings to Yahweh.

Then they made wholly burned sacrifices and sacrifices that bring peace with Yahweh.
