But I have told you this is the same expression used in 16.1, except for the addition of the conjunction “but.”

When the time comes for them to do these things is literally “when their hour comes” (see 16.2). New English Bible translates “when the time comes for it to happen”; Jerusalem Bible has “when the time for it comes.”

Remember what I told you is more literally “remember that I told you of them” (Revised Standard Version). New English Bible translates “remember my warning” and Jerusalem Bible “remember that I told you.” As in many similar contexts, remember must be understood in the sense of “pay attention to” or “think about.” It does not suggest that the disciples will, in the meantime, forget all that Jesus has said.
