For seven days you shall provide daily a goat for a sin offering means that for each of the next five days, making a full week in total, Ezekiel had to provide a male goat as a sin offering (see verse 22). The Hebrew pronoun for you is singular as in the previous verses.

Also a bull and a ram from the flock, without blemish, shall be provided: At the same time the priests had to provide a young bull and a young sheep as sacrifices each day (see verses 23-24). Shall be provided is literally “they shall make/do.” The pronoun “they” refers to the priests. The Hebrew verb here is a very general word that may be rendered “present” (New Jewish Publication Society’s Tanakh), “prepare” (New Century Version, King James Version / New King James Version, New American Standard Bible, Complete Jewish Bible), “offer” (Good News Translation, Contemporary English Version, Revised English Bible, Jerusalem Bible/New Jerusalem Bible, New American Bible, Christian Community Bible), or “sacrifice” (similarly New Living Translation).

New Century Version has the following good model for this verse:

• “You must prepare a goat every day for seven days as a sin offering. Also, the priests must prepare a young bull and male sheep from the flock, which have nothing wrong with them.
