Exegesis:

autos de ‘but he,’ emphatic.

menoun ‘rather.’ It does not question the truth of the preceding statement, but emphasizes the greater relevance of what follows.

hoi akouontes ton logon tou theou kai phulassontes ‘those who hear the word of God and keep it,’ cf. the similar statements in 6.47 and 8.21. phulassō is used here in the metaphorical sense of ‘keeping/observing,’ and is virtually equivalent to poieō in 6.47 and 8.21.

Translation:

Blessed rather are, or, ‘yes, but happier are,’ ‘be that as it may, very much blessed are’ (Shona 1966), ‘that may be true, but those that are-called (i.e. really are) blessed are’ (Balinese).

Hear the word of God, or ‘listen to what God says.’ For the verb cf. on 1.41; for the noun phrase on 5.1.

Keep it, or, ‘act in accordance with it,’ ‘do what he commands.’
