The angel of God said to him: “Take the meat and the unleavened bread

Then the angel of God said to Gideon, “Take the meat and the loaves.

6:20b lay them on this rock, and pour out the broth.”

and put them on this rock, then pour the broth over it.”

Put them on this rock and pour the juice over them.”

6:20c And Gideon did so.

And Gideon obeyed.

So Gideon did as the angel told him.
