19:11a When they were near Jebus and the day was almost gone,

As they arrived close to Jebus, it was getting late in the afternoon.

19:11b the servant said to his master,

The servant said to his master,

19:11c “Please, let us stop at this Jebusite city and spend the night here.”

“We should stop and spend the night in this city of the people of Jebus.”
