Section 15:9-20

Samson defeated the Philistines

15:9a Then the Philistines went up, camped in Judah,

Then the Philistines went up to Judah and set up camp there.
-or-
Then the Philistines went out ⌊for battle⌋ . They camped in Judah

15:9b and deployed themselves near the town of Lehi.

They spread out ⌊for battle⌋ near Lehi.
-or-
and moved into position for attack/battle all around the town of Lehi.
