14:9a So he scooped some honey into his hands
He scraped it out into the palms of his hands

Samson scraped the honey into his ⌊bare⌋ hands.
14:9b and ate it as he went along.
and ate it as he walked/went.

Then, as he walked, he ate the honey.
14:9c And when he returned to his father and mother, he gave some to them
When he reached his father and his mother, he gave some to them.
-or-
When Samson saw his parents, he gave them some of the honey,
14:9d and they ate it.
So they also ate it.
-or-
and they ate it too.
14:9e But he did not tell them that he had taken the honey from the lion’s carcass.
But he did not say to them that he had scraped the honey out of the dead body of the lion.

But Samson had not told them that he had gotten the honey from the corpse of the lion.
