13:2a Now there was a man from Zorah named Manoah, from the clan of the Danites,

There was a man named Manoah from the town called Zorah. Manoah was of the clan of Dan.

During that time,⌋ a man named Manoah lived in the town of Zorah. He was a descendant of Dan.

13:2b whose wife was barren and had no children.

Manoah’s wife had not given birth to any children because she could not.
-or-
His wife was not able to have children, and she did not have any.
