1:31 Asher failed to drive out the inhabitants of Acco, Sidon, Ahlab, Achzib, Helbah, Aphik, and Rehob.

The clan of Asher could not force the people who lived in Akko and Sidon and Ahlab and Akzib and Helbah and Aphek and Rehob to leave.
