11:21a Then the LORD, the God of Israel, delivered Sihon and all his people into the hand of Israel, who defeated them.

Then Yahweh the God of Israel helped the Israel people defeat Sihon and his whole army.

But Yahweh the God of Israel gave the Israel people victory over King Sihon and all his soldiers.

11:21b So Israel took possession of all the land of the Amorites who inhabited that country,

They took for themselves all the land of the Amor people who lived there.

So all the land of the Amor people became the property of Israel,
