Section 2:20–23

God made promises to Zerubbabel

2:20 For the second time that day, the twenty-fourth day of the month, the word of the LORD came to Haggai, saying,

Yahweh revealed/spoke His word to the ⌊prophet⌋ Haggai again on the twenty-fourth day of the month. ⌊Yahweh said this,⌋
-or-
On that same day, the twenty-fourth of the ⌊ninth⌋ month, a second message of Yahweh came to the ⌊prophet⌋ Haggai.
