7:7a So in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes, he went up to Jerusalem
In the seventh year that King Artaxerxes ⌊ruled Persia⌋, Ezra ⌊departed from Babylon⌋ and went to Jerusalem.

In the seventh year that Artaxerxes was king, some of the people of Israel traveled/journeyed to Jerusalem with Ezra. Among them were temple workers from the clan of Levi including priests, singers, and guardians of the gates/doors. There were also other workers/servants who helped the men of Levi.
