7:25a And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God which you possess, are to appoint magistrates and judges
¶ You, Ezra, with the wisdom your (sing.) God has given you, appoint judges and officials/administrators.

¶ “And you, Ezra, the God whom you serve has made you wise. You must use this wisdom to choose/select judges
7:25b to judge all the people west of the Euphrates—
They must judge all the people who live in Beyond the River Euphrates ⌊Province⌋
-or-
who will judge fairly ⌊the Jews⌋ in Western ⌊Province⌋,
7:25c all who know the laws of your God.
who know the laws of your (sing.) God.
-or-
that is, those who know ⌊and live by⌋ the laws of the God you serve.
7:25d And you are to teach these laws to anyone who does not know them.
Concerning those who do not know these laws, you(plural) must teach them.

And you, ⌊Ezra, and the judges you choose/select⌋ should instruct those ⌊Jews⌋ ⌊who live in the Province⌋ who do not ⌊yet⌋ know the laws.
