4:10a and the rest of the peoples whom the great and honorable Ashurbanipal deported

The Aramaic text gives the Aramaic transliteration of this king’s Assyrian name. This comes into English as Osnappar (see New Revised Standard Version, English Standard Version, for example). Some English versions (New International Version, Good News Translation, etc.) instead write his name as it is most commonly known in English, Ashurbanipal. Either name is acceptable to use in your translation, so we have used Osnappar in the first meaning line and Ashurbanipal in the second.
