7:12a And Amaziah said to Amos,

Then Amaziah told Amos,

Afterwards Amaziah ⌊the priest⌋ said this to ⌊the prophet⌋ Amos,

7:12b “Go away, you seer!

“Get out of here, you prophet!
-or-
“You who sees visions, leave (sing.) from here! ⌊You are in danger⌋ .

7:12c Flee to the land of Judah;

Return (sing.) to the country of Judah.
-or-
Run (sing.) away and go back to the land of ⌊the people of⌋ Judah.

7:12d earn your bread there and do your prophesying there.

Prophesy (sing.) and earn your (sing.) bread ⌊to eat⌋ there.
-or-
Let ⌊the people⌋ give you (sing.) food ⌊to eat⌋ there. You ⌊should⌋ speak the message ⌊that God has given you⌋ to them.
