Yahweh Promised to Punish Israel

3:1a Hear this word that the LORD has spoken against you, O children of Israel,

Hear (plur.) what Yahweh spoke against you people, Israel.
-or-
People of Israel, listen to this message that Yahweh has spoken against you.

3:1b against the whole family that I brought up out of the land of Egypt:

⌊It is the word I spoke⌋ against ⌊you (plur.) ⌋ all that I brought out of Egypt.

⌊It is the message I spoke⌋ against the whole race/people whom I brought out of Egypt.
