4:7a She went and told the man of God,
The widow went back and reported this to ⌊Elisha⌋ the man of God.

4:7b and he said,
He said,

4:7c “Go, sell the oil,
“Go and sell the oil

“Now, sell the oil
4:7d and pay your debt.
and pay the debts/money you (sing.) owe.

and give the money to the man to whom it is owed/due.
4:7e Then you and your sons can live on the remainder.”
You and your sons can spend/use the remaining money ⌊to buy⌋ your daily food/necessities.”

There will be enough money left for you and your sons to live/eat.”
