25:29a So Jehoiachin changed out of his prison clothes,

So Jehoiachin was able/allowed to stop wearing prison clothes.

So Jehoiachin changed from his prison uniform into regular clothes.

25:29b and he dined regularly at the king’s table for the rest of his life.

The phrase “dined…at the king’s table” probably indicates that Jehoiachin ate food supplied by the king. Clay ration tablets with his name have been found in Babylon

He ate the king’s food all the days of his life.

From then until his death, every day he ate ⌊food⌋ from the king’s table.
