Section 24:18-25:7

King Zedekiah ruled Judah

24:18a Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he became king,

Zedekiah was 21 years of age when he was made the king,

-or-

⌊King⌋ Zedekiah was twenty-one (21) years old when he begun to rule.

24:18b and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years.

and he ruled for eleven years from Jerusalem ⌊city⌋ .

-or-

He ruled ⌊from his palace⌋ in Jerusalem for eleven years.

24:18c His mother’s name was Hamutal daughter of Jeremiah; she was from Libnah.

This is not a reference to the prophet Jeremiah.

The name of his mother was Hamutal, daughter of Jeremiah. Her/Their hometown was Libnah.

-or-

His mother was Hamutal from Libnah ⌊city⌋ . She was the daughter of ⌊a man named⌋ Jeremiah.
