19:4a Perhaps the LORD your God will hear all the words of the Rabshakeh,

⌊I hope/trust that⌋ Yahweh your God will listen to all that the Rabshakeh has said.

May Yahweh our (incl.) God take note of all these insults from the ⌊Assyrian⌋ aide/official.

19:4b whom his master the king of Assyria has sent to defy the living God,

His master, the king of Assyria, sent him here to mock the God who is alive.

-or-

His master the king of Assyria sent him to insult the true/real God.

19:4c and He will rebuke him

The Berean Standard Bible has supplied the object pronoun “him.” Either the Assyrian king or the Rabshakeh or both may be the implied object of rebuke. Later in the chapter the emphasis is on the punishment of Sennacherib the king (see verse 37), so he is probably in focus here.

And/So maybe God/Yahweh will rebuke/reprove him/them

May Yahweh/God punish the Assyrian king

19:4d for the words that the LORD your God has heard.

The Assyrian king/emperor has sent his chief aide/official to insult the living God. It may be that Yahweh will pay attention and judge/punish him for his words/mockery.

19:4e Therefore lift up a prayer for the remnant that still survives.”

So pray (sing.) for the people who remain alive.”

Please pray ⌊to Yahweh⌋ ⌊to help/save⌋ those ⌊of Judah/us (incl.) ⌋ who are left alive.”
