19:18a They have cast their gods into the fire and destroyed them,

They have thrown their idols into fire and burned them.

-or-

They threw the gods of those nations into the fire. They destroyed them

19:18b for they were not gods,

But those were not actually gods at all.

-or-

because they were not really divine beings.

19:18c but only wood and stone—the work of human hands.

They were just wood and stone, made by the hands of humanity/mankind.

-or-

They were only things/idols that humans/people formed from wood and stone.

19:18a-c

They have put their gods in the fire. For they were not gods but just the work of human hands, wood and stone. And they have destroyed them.
