13:8a As for the rest of the acts of Jehoahaz,

The other things that happened while Jehoahaz ruled,

Many other things took place while Jehoahaz was king,

13:8b along with all his accomplishments and his might,

and all his activities and successes,

and he was able to accomplish much.

13:8c are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?

are written in the book/scroll containing the records of the kings of Israel.

People recorded it all in the book called “History of the Kings of Israel.”
