7:14a and if My people who are called by My name humble themselves

⌊At such a time⌋ the people who bear my name must make themselves humble.
-or-
Then if my people, the people who belong to me, admit that they are wrong.

7:14b and pray and seek My face

They must pray and try to find me,
-or-
If they pray and ask me to help them

7:14c and turn from their wicked ways,

and leave their evil behavior behind them.
-or-
and if they stop doing bad things,

7:14d then I will hear from heaven,

Then I will listen to them from heaven.
-or-
then I will hear them from heaven.

7:14e forgive their sin,

And I will pardon their sin
-or-
I will stop holding their sins against them

7:14f and heal their land.

and will restore their land ⌊so it will grow crops again⌋.
-or-
and I will make their fields productive ⌊again⌋.
