35:7a From his own flocks and herds Josiah contributed 30,000 lambs and goats

Josiah gave thirty thousand lambs and goats for the Passover sacrifices. These came from his own animals.

King Josiah gave thirty thousand (30,000) young sheep and goats, which he came from his personal fields and pastures.

35:7b plus 3,000 bulls for the Passover offerings

{In addition to these, Josiah gave} three thousand cattle.
-or-
{He also gave} three thousand (3,000) cows and bulls.

35:7c for all the people who were present.

He contributed the sacrifice animals for all the people who were not priests.
-or-
The king gave enough animals for all the people who were there who were not sacrificers.
