26:19a Uzziah, with a censer in his hand

Uzziah already had a censer in his hand
-or-
King Uzziah was holding a pan for burning incense in his hand

26:19b to offer incense, was enraged.

to burn the incense, and he became angry.

and he was about to burn the sweet-smelling spices. He was very angry.

26:19c But while he raged against the priests in their presence

While he was angry at the priests who were

He was shouting at the priests

26:19d in the house of the LORD before the altar of incense,

in front of the altar of incense in Yahweh’s temple,

in front of the platform where sweet spices were burnt in the house of Yahweh.

26:19e leprosy broke out on his forehead.

all of a sudden⌋ a skin disease appeared on his forehead.

Then ⌊suddenly⌋ there was a skin disease on his forehead.
