16:8a Were not the Cushites and Libyans a vast army

The Cushites and Libyans whom you fought were a mighty army

16:8b with many chariots and horsemen?

with many chariots and men on horseback.

16:8c Yet because you relied on the LORD,

But when you relied on Yahweh,

16:8d He delivered them into your hand.
