4:25a Throughout the days of Solomon, Judah and Israel dwelt securely from Dan to Beersheba,

For as long as he/Solomon lived, the people of Judah and Israel, from ⌊the town of⌋ Dan to ⌊the town of⌋ Beersheba, lived peacefully/safely.

The people in all ⌊the territory⌋ of Israel and Judah were safe while Solomon was alive. From ⌊the town of⌋ Dan ⌊in the north⌋ to Beersheba ⌊in the south⌋, they were secure from war/attack.

4:25b each man under his own vine and his own fig tree.

Everyone grew/owned their own grapevine and their own fruit/fig tree.

Each family/person could grow their own grapes and figs.
